All new windows are fitted with `intelligent´ glass which reduces heat coming in from the sun but also keeps the warmth in during the winter months. The brief also included underfloor heating, heated mirrors, bijou kitchenettes, walk-in wardrobes and the redesigning of the layout to enable a previously separate garage to have direct access to the internal space.
