A great result on a tight schedule

We were very excited to take on this project in Las Delicias, Coin as ProMas was given 100% ownership of the project and we could take advantage 100% of our own input in order to achieve the best results but to a tight schedule. Our main challenge on this total refurbishment was that we only had 2 months to complete all the external and internal work and with a start date of 2 August, this made it particularly difficult as it ran through peak summer when most of the building trades, factories and suppliers close down for holidays.

ProMas is determined to achieve every project on time with a 100% quality finish. With some meticulous planning, we were able to order all the materials, tiles and fittings just before everything closed down and the project was finished 2 days before our deadline! Through out building design we were able to incorporate some standout features into the renovation such as fitting box ceilings in all rooms and balconies for direct lighting, including spot lights and indirect lighting with LED strips. All lighting was connected to dimmer switches to allow individual mood lighting for every part of the house.
