This penthouse on the west side of Marbella occupies a wonderful position with both sea and mountain views. Inside it was dark and tired. The clients wanted a total refurbishment inside and out. The brief was to open up the kitchen to the living room, install underfloor heating, create galleried ceilings, replace all the windows and put in bi-folding doors. Outside on their roof top terrace they wanted a new outdoor kitchen, a dining area and a jacuzzi complete with an open-air shower.
