A stylish holiday home
This property was purchased as a holiday home for a lovely family. They wanted to give their new property a contemporary style with open plan living spaces, a new modern kitchen, living room and dining room, all new bathrooms and a new design of the outside living space with larger terraces.
ProMas worked closely with the client and designer to achieve a beautiful, stylish and elegant holiday home.
Our greatest challenge was to remove the old supporting pillars from the main terrace which were restricting the space they wanted to use for outside living. We managed to do this by fitting new steel supporting beams to the corners of the balcony and fitting a large steel beam across to support the roof above where the old pillars used to be. By doing so, we not only gave our client a lot more terrace space but it also changed the entire exterior look of the house giving it a contemporary feel.
