Delivering luxury on a budget
Our clients, who are property investors and designers wanted to transform a tired looking penthouse into a modern and chic Scandinavian style apartment. Our main challenges were sticking to a tight budget and restricted access to bring in all the materials. The clients wanted to achieve a more open plan effect to enjoy the most beautiful sea view and golf course from the kitchen, living room and even the entrance.
We achieved this by knocking down dividing walls and fitting large bi-fold windows and doors. The living room window opens up to expose 5m of breathtaking views and brightens the whole living space. With the creative ideas of our client, we laid beautiful wooden flooring, which we imported from Belgium, original tiles in the entrance and fitted some very smart bathrooms. Favourite: The wooden flooring throughout and the Decton worktops in the kitchen and bathrooms, which add a beautiful and luxurious element.
