As a luxury building company here in Marbella, Nueva Andalucía, Mijas and Benahavís, we have many completed projects that we take pride in showcasing. This fantastic villa transformation in Real Real on the east of Marbella is one of our all time favourites.
In this particular project, the brief was to combine two apartments into one Mediterranean dream holiday home. The home was outdated, and the clients wanted a modern contemporary style and to enhance all the underutilised outdoor spaces that had excellent potential.
After much consideration, these clients engaged ProMas to design, build and manage the whole process. Having one company undertaking the entire building project like this removes logistical issues about who has which responsibilities and managing different tasks throughout the process, which can often complicate building projects in Spain. What´s best, they could be overseas and trust Andy to manage the renovation and keep great communication throughout the process.
So our talented team of architects, designers and builders designed and transformed the whole house, adding modern fixtures and electrics throughout, converted the downstairs apartment into a fantastic kitchen and living area and huge games room and bar area. Outdoors, we converted part of the roof into a stunning rooftop terrace to relax and enjoy the incredible views of the Mediterranean, and designed and built a high specification infinity pool accompanied by a barbeque and chillout area to enjoy the fantastic Marbella microclimate, year round.
